A factory built for export, not a trading desk

Huai'an Zongheng Bio-Tech has made oral care on the same site since its 1996 licence, and the thirty years since are the part of this business a buyer cannot fake. The plant covers 35,000 square metres and runs 30 production lines: 12 for compounding the paste itself and 18 automatic lines for filling and packing. At full run that adds up to roughly 360 million tubes a year, with about 500 people on site to keep it moving. Those are figures from the business licence and the official product catalogue, not rounded-up marketing numbers, and they are the reason we can hold a 1,000-unit minimum per SKU while a supermarket-scale plant cannot. What the years actually buy you is a quality system that already clears foreign customs. The factory operates under ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP (certificate CN14/21829), follows the US FDA CFSAN cosmetic GMP guidelines (CN14/21830), runs an ISO 9001:2015 quality system (10421Q00711R0M), and holds the Chinese cosmetics production licence for toothpaste (苏妆 20160095). Each of those is a real, numbered document a buyer or their customs broker can verify, which matters because a Chinese factory cannot be checked through a legal-entity registry the way a domestic supplier can. The structure is two companies working as one supply chain. The factory, Huai'an Zongheng Bio-Tech, makes the product. The trading company, Huai'an Bost Trading, handles your quote, contract, payment and export paperwork. Between 81% and 90% of what the plant produces leaves the country, so the export documentation is treated as part of the job rather than something bolted on at the end.
