We confirm any sample and courier cost up front when you enquire, and a sample charge is commonly credited against your first production order.

A sample from our existing formula library is the fastest. A custom formula takes longer because our R&D team develops and adjusts it first. Once we agree the brief we give you a sample timeline, and we sample, adjust and re-sample until the product is right before any production commitment.

MOQ depends on the product. Some items, such as the purple V34 colour corrector toothpaste, start from 1,000 pcs, while others have a higher minimum. Tell us the product you want and we will confirm its exact MOQ.

Lead time depends on the product, the customisation involved and the order size. After your sample is approved we confirm a production and shipping schedule, and we hold a 100% on-time delivery record.

We quote on FOB or CIF terms and ship LCL or FCL by sea or air, depending on your volume and destination. We handle the export paperwork and confirm the right Incoterm with you on the Proforma Invoice.

We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A and Western Union. The right option usually depends on order size and your country, and we will agree terms with you before production.

Yes. Toothpaste is regulated as a cosmetic in the EAEU under TR CU 009/2011. We prepare the EAC declaration of conformity or, for whitening, children's and high-fluoride products, the SGR state registration. Yes. Our in-house R&D team develops custom formulas, including whitening, fluoride-free, natural herbal and children's products, and we customise logo and packaging across tubes, bottles and boxed sets.

Free design support is part of our OEM service. We print your logo and design tubes, bottles and cartons for your market; you only pay for tooling or special materials when a project requires them.

The brand is yours. With OEM, the formula you bring stays yours. With ODM, you build on our formula library and the customised result is made exclusively for your brand. We do not resell your custom recipe or your packaging design to other buyers. We can sign an NDA before sharing details.
